| MDDE 801 is the only operating example of the Conrail Express paint scheme, a short-lived marketing initiative between Conrail and partner shortlines. When the RS3Ms based at Massey, MD are not operating, this relic from a bygone era can be found plying the rails on the Delmarva Peninsula. Almost like a like a little slice of the "real" Conrail. |
