| Eastbound Amtrak No. 704, the "Blue Ridge," was passing Mexico Tower at the east end of Cumberland Yard on Oct. 12, 1975, led by Amtrak E9A No. 400. To the left in background was an eastbound Trailer Jet, ready to follow No. 704. Also, in the center background was an eastbound coal drag. It likely followed the Jet. |
