Fifty years ago, the meandering "Ma and Pa" could be described as "legendary". Abandonment of segments had reduced the line by half, yet enough remained to sustain passenger extras. Here, in August 1963, NW2 #81 is seen at York with an extra. You noticed the boiler-tube pilot, right? #81 is preserved at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania (modernized, unfortunately).
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
