| Who says Penn Central wasn't colorful? Actually, this herald variation was quite rare. A post elsewhere states that only 17 units got this. Reportedly, the New York Central "green team" felt that red suggested Pennsylvania Railroad dominance. Oh, by the way, watch your step here! |
