| A special thanks to NECR Trainmast Shute for allowing me to 'name the train' today, as the OCS-1 symbol was a last minute addition to the computer system! That said - the OCS-1 took officials from NECR, Canadian National and the Providence & Worcester from St. Albans, VT to Worcester, MA via Willimantic, CT, to show off the direct route to the Boston market from Montreal. The consist included: NECR GP38 3857; P&W GP38-2 2009; P&W E9B 668 (HEP); P&W 8340 “Connecticut” coach; P&W 4587 “Massachusetts” coach; and CN 1060 "Sandford Fleming" Theater Car...
