| Remarks & Notes |
| A northbound Clinchfield local (mixed train) passes by a photo line during a photo runby at Rocky, NC on the Clinchfield Loops. The East Tennessee NRHS chapter had arranged with the Clinchfield to charter a single coach on a southbound special to Spartanburg (behind CRR #1 and the two B-units). The coach hauling the ET NRHS members was set off at Marion (Clinchcross), where the northbound local was waiting. Number 1 and her train then continued south. Since the railroad had planned on potentially cold weather, the local had the 2006 and the 200, which had a steam generator just in case. The local had done all its work southbound, so we left Marion with the 2006, the 200, a single heavyweight coach and a caboose and headed north for Erwin making this stop for a photo runby.
