| Humming through the desert at an impressive track speed of 50MPH, an exceptionally clean Warbonnet GP60M and three rebuilt BNSF SD45-2's have nearly completed their eastbound trip from Boron to Barstow with 29 cars in tow. The quartet of EMD's have certainly earned their keep today, serving as the power on the Boron Rio Tinto Minerals Borax mine local, which operates each day over the busy BNSF Mojave Subdivision. |
