| The SNY/SMS "NE-1" local with both former ATS&F 'baby boats' as it holds just west of the CPF499 signal bridge. On the left, CP #939 with a SD70M/C40-9W pair out of Mechanicville Yard, tugs out six empties off the Voorheesville Running Track on a frigid Sunday morning. After the departure of #939, the SNY crew would hold back on the branch for the arrival of CP #938 from the south and take 11 auto loads back to the NEIP facility in Guilderland Center. |
