| An early spring along the Animas. The calendar says that winter still has a month to go, but already, the snows in the foothills of the San Juan Mountains are beginning to melt away. A bright, mid-day sun illuminates a D&RGW Express Passenger Train as she crosses the chilly Animas Gorge, on the eastbound run to Durango, Colorado. |
