| A shotgun wedding. It's three months into the Penn Central's takeover of the New Haven Railroad, and GE U25Bs of the New York Central and New Haven idle in the former New Haven Maybrook Yard. By this time, Maybrook Yard, once a destination for NH, NYC, NYO&W, Erie, L&NE, and L&HR is a study in decline and decay. |
