| A few of L&N's E6 and E7 units were given "improved" headlights and signal lights in the mid-'60s. The 791's graceful EMD lines have been bastardized with an externally-mounted Gyralight in place of its original Mars light. A Pyle-National sealed beam headlight has also been mounted below. Functional, yes, but certainly not very attractive! |
