| Norfolk Southern's OCS leaves Mingo after stopping for a very rare visit. This is the first time the OCS has ever visited Mingo. I dont even think Conrail's OCS paid a visit to this small steel/coal yard. Here, the OCS is seen on the former Panhandle mainline after stopping at the yard office and wying the train. The train started the day leaving Conway and is now on its way to Cleveland. |
