Remarks & Notes
Missabe steam rolls again! After 37 years of static display, Duluth & Northeastern 28 - formerly Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range 332 - rolls down the BNSF main line south of Saunders pulled/pushed by a pair of BNSF diesels. The locomotive is owned by the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, where it's been on indoor display since 1974. The 2-8-0 is is to be cosmetically restored by the Cloquet Terminal, which operates the old Duluth & Northeastern line.
