| CN 396 creeps down the last quarter mile of the Dundas Subdivision with BCOL 4613, 2199 and 5785. Originally expected to run in the early morning dark, it was delayed by two hours due to faulty signals on the south track from Copetown to Bayview requiring reduced speed and permission to proceed for each signal. |
