| A trio of EMD standard cabs pause on the head end of CSX Q303 at South Charleston in the last light of the evening. It's 5:06 pm and the Hinton-Russell crew will have at least an hour of switching to do on the west end of the yard before departing west to Russell, the terminal destination for this Richmond manifest. The train has paused at the east end of the yard to acquire work orders in the yard office, faxed down from CSX's Huntington Division office which hosts a Dispatchers Center and a Centralized Yardmasters center. |
