| With CSX safety teams in place, locals surround both sides of the right of way as the 2011 Santa Train arrives at Fort Blackmore from the north. The train will pause briefly to hand out gifts to children before departing south toward Kingsport. The way will make one additional stop at Kermit, before terminating in Kingsport at 3pm for their annual Christmas parade. |
