| Trainmasters for Iowa Northern and DM&E watch the 1st revenue Iowa Northern train for the Garner Sub, past the old Milwaukee Road depot at Mason. The IANR acquired this newline between Forest City and Belmont from the Union Pacific who was looking to abandon the line. IANR is looking forward to building back traffic on this line. Today's train is made up of 35 empties for the elevators at Garner and Forest City, plus an auto rack for Winnebago at Forest City to test the service. |
