| A nice set of foreign power, including a CSX C40-8 and a CN Dash 9, lead the North Little Rock to Alton and Southern manifest up the UP's Chester Subdivision. The Mississippi River bluffs in and around Valmeyer are showing the best fall color of any spot in the St. Louis area this year. |
