East Scenic; On a cold wet night the signals protecting the Cascade Tunnel come alive as a eastbound chugging up the 2.2% grade steps on their block. The lights of a nearby ski resort provide a nice silhouette of one of the mountains the 7.8 mile long bore ducks under.
