Lookin' Good! After catching 1809 with her new paint job heading up 697 at Martins, I scurried ahead of it and caught it coming across the Muskoka River just north of Huntsville Station. By this time the skies had darkened to dusk-like and the rain had stepped up several notches, and I was thoroughly drenched by the time I got to work at the Huntsville and Lake of Bays Railway. Not that it mattered, after taking diesel #3 out of the shed and hooking up to the train, nobody showed and the run was scratched. The weather was just that bad, enough to keep people indoors instead of out enjoying the fall colors!
For the train and storm chaser. Trains with thunderstorms, dark clouds, rain, lightning, hurricanes - tropical storms, funnel clouds, storm light, rainbows, and snow storms.
