| On the tenth anniversary of the September 11th attacks on New York City and Washington DC, Pacific Harbor Line MP20B-3 20 works a cut of cars at the railroad's Pier A Yard in Wilmington, California. Number 20, the PHL's lowest numbered unit, was recently modified with a Caterpillar prime mover, and that resulted in a new hump on the top of the long hood.
