| NS 23M roars out of the Allegheny Tunnel and past the foreman protecting the work area inside the tunnel on track 2. NS is currently working on the roof of the tunnel and is adding concrete to it because the existing roof is beginning to fall down. All trains, including the 23M, had to call the foreman waiting outside of the tunnel for permission past the work site. |
