| The joint Pan Am Railways and Norfolk Southern office car special arrives at Mechanicville, NY at new signals that will govern the entrance to the controlled siding adjacent to XO Tower. FP9s PAR-1 and PAR-2 lead NS F9B 4276 and NS F9A 4270, along with 2 PAR business cars and 7 NS cars.
