| The "Tren del Hierro" up from Los Colorados Mine to the port of Huasco. The train is pulled by two locomotives EMD GR-12 but on the stretch of steep slope that is between "Empalme Norte" and "Km 747" the train is helped from behind by one EMD GR-12 and one EMD JT-26. The picture is taken just from the roof of the JT-26, with the train moving at full power. |
