| Tunnels on the Clinch Valley District between St. Paul and Coeburn were noted for their tight clearances. NS 2523 almost fills the portal as it exits the east portal of Big Bull Tunnel; it was, and is, an even tighter fit for the flared radiators on modern motive power. |
