| A 1962 Budd built speedster built for the PRR meets an Amtrak AEM-7, 20 years it's senior at Marcus Hook. The maximum speed of the modern AEM-7 Swedish engineered motor: 125. Top speed for the Silverliner II: 153 mph. Watch a video of those test runs from the 1960's here. |
