| Peoria & Western Railway's Jake Streitmatter watches for traffic west of New Philadelphia, as he rides aboard GP16 1603, now dead in consist due to problems on a hill earlier in the trip. The Canton Cannonball is headed westward to tie down on the hours of service on Saturday afternoon, July 9, 2011. The railroad has been out of service between Elvaston and Hamilton Illinois with flooding damage that kept through trains from operating between Keokuk and LaHarpe for three weeks.
