Remarks & Notes

A steady rain has been falling for the past 18 hours resulting in high water level on the tributary creeks of western washington. This creek is a feeder to Foss River on BNSF's crossing of Stevens Pass in Washington State. A grain empty with a conventional green BN hopper has headed upgrade - another 20 miles and it will be on the much more arid side of the Cascades.
