| While the van waits, the CN crew prepares to tie down this BNSF all-rail taconite train after they finished loading at United Taconite. A new BNSF crew will take the train and begin the trip to Mexico to deliver these taconite pellets. Keenan Yard was built by the Missabe in 1976 to consolidate all of their north end operations at one location and still serves that purpose today. |
