| A peaceful desert sunset is temporarily interrupted by the roar of five EMD's lugging a manifest up the Estrella mountains. After a few minutes of clanging and squealing freight cars, a second crescendo powered by a GE DPU passes and silence returns. Strange to think this cactus was probably around when first SP steamers passed by here. |
