| The eastbound W&W "Sandman" was slowly dropping downgrade at Indian Hollow, VA on Oct. 10, 1986, led by RS-11 No. 863. No. 863 was purchased from N&W and arrived as No. 2863. W&W restored the unit to its original Nickel Plate number when it was painted into the W&W scheme. |
