| Remarks & Notes |
| An eastbound NF&D freight train was rolling through a location known as Kingsberry, just west of Emporia, VA on June 30, 1980. It was named for Kingsberry Homes, a modular home manufacturer that provided NF&D with much revenue. The N&W GP9 buried in the train was dead-in-tow back to the N&W at Suffolk. |
