| Although typhoon Chanthu didn't hit Hong Kong directly, it brought heavy showers all over Hong Kong. At the moment this shot was taken, the Hong Kong Observatory had issued the Black rainstorm signal, meaning rain exceeding 70 millimeters an hour. As a result, many workers left their workplace early and the MTR had to increase services in order to allow the public to get home safely and efficiently. |
