Conrail train WHWC-21 shoves empty hoppers around a curve and into a coal load out at the end of the line west of Good Spring, PA on May 12, 1988. The huge drag line in the background wasn't being used at the time. It was my first up close encounter with a dragline and I was amazed at how large it was. I don't know whether or not it was ever used or what relation, if any, it had to the small coal load out that the train was serving.
