| The new crew is on and ready to rock as soon as the border patrol releases their train at the border town crew change at Del Rio, Texas, at sunrise in March, 1996. This CSX-City of Industry stack train will lead the parade of westbounds across the desolate T&NO mainline between San Antonio and El Paso, Texas; not too far behind this train is the hot Advanced Memphis Blue Streak Merchandise. |
