| BKRR RS-3 #605 (which is actually heading away in this view) trundles alongside Skellie Road on its way to the Cargill mill near Salem. Winter is one of the only times one can catch the Batten Kill running over this section of ex-Greenwich & Johnsonville track. During the warmer months, the engine is simply kept outside the Cargill mill, but in the Winter it's kept in the enginehouse in Greenwich and therefore has to utilize this trackage to get to the mill. |
