Heading for loading onto a ship at Norfolk, VA, 2 Transnet Freight Rail GE C30ACi locomotives 43 001, 43 002 lay over in Enola, PA on special train 098. There are 10 of these that are to be built in Erie, PA by GE and 90 more that will be built in South Africa..
