| A maintenance crew aboard SEPTA's Wire Train performs work on the overhead catenary near West Trenton Yard. The train is being powered by a Republic Locomotive RL1 diesel and is on CSX trackage. The crew car on the rear (no. 601) was former NJ Transit Arrow II Multiple Unit no. 1237, built by Budd in 1975 and retired by NJT in 1997. The entire Arrow II fleet was scrapped upon retirement, except for one married pair (no. 1236-1237) purchased by SEPTA. |
