The distinctive outline of Pendle Hill, reputedly the haunt of witches, is the backdrop for this morning's 'Fellsman'. Jubilee 'Leander' is on fine form heading towards the usual stop at Hellifield before the assault on the 'long drag' of the Settle & Carlisle route. Sadly, work beckoned and I had to return homeward, unable to chase the train in time honoured fashion.
