Not Quite The Broadway Limited. Amtrak's westbound Pennsylvanian hustles west down track two, leaving Tyrone in its wake and heading for the station stop at Altoona, nine miles ahead. The all-Pullman, extra-fare Broadway Limited once plied this route on a 16-hour schedule between New York and Chicago; alas, in 2010, there has been no sleeper service on this route for several years now, and the day train makes plenty of stops between New York and Pittsburgh.
