| The Cedar River local is on the Waverly spur track to Nestle Beverage. Here the local now heads back to mainline after spotting a couple sugar cars as they skirt the campus of Wartburg. This spur was once a mainline of the Chicago Great Western that ran from Oelwein, IA, to Clarence, IA. Only a few sections are left along this line, including these 2 miles here. |
