GP9 8808 wades in Slocan Lake as it adjusts the barge slip by poling it. The train,Loco 1 car and caboose will eventually load onto the barge and travel 30 miles up Slocan Lake to Rosebery to service the isolated Kaslo Sub. to Nakusp.
