Remarks & Notes

By this time the great recession of the 60's along with the Vietnam War had torn a hole in the auto industry. Yet we were still watching solid auto trains coming into New England. The widening war along with the impending Pennsylvania / New York Central merger took much of the glamour out of the fall foliage.
