| RF&P Train No. 86 awaits its 4:15 PM departure from Broad Street Station. At this time SCL power almost always ran through on the RF&P on No. 86. No. 529 is one of a number of SCL E units equipped with RF&P train control. Likewise, several of RF&P's E8As were equipped to operate south of Richmond on the SCL. |
