| After having reached Las Flores with the glow of the first rays of a rising Winter sun, Ferrosur Roca's GT22 #9009 has reassembled her trains and is about to resume his northbound run to Buenos Aires. The man standing in the door of derelict Las Flores Norte tower is there only to watch the grade crossing just out in the front of the picture. In steam days Las Flores hosted a running shed, whose remnants stand cold and forlorn in the right background. General Motors' Electro-Motive Division built the 66"-gauge unit back in July 1972. |
