At the end of the day 78.618 an Austrian 4-6-4T is ready to turn on the table at Ampflwang, in the background 0-8-0T 392.2530 waits it's turn. Ampflwang is the head quarters of the Austrian Society for Railway History (OGEG) who have an extensive collection of steam, diesel and electric locomotives as well as many goods and passenger vehicles.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
