| A homeward-bound (to Loyall, KY) two unit pusher set is through the plant and off the circuit at the NS-CSX junction at Big Stone Gap, VA---but laying back of the Cadet Yard Limit DTC block. The crew is waiting for a southbound coal train to arrive at the siding about a mile a half away. A leaking head gasket from one of the units' power assemblies generates a nice plume of exhaust smoke as the evening sun drops below the mountains. |
