Indiana Eastern works on pulling empties out of the plant at Richmond, IN, to head back to CSXT and then INRD. Here the crew takes a short break while workers get off work at the plant next door at 3:30pm. This is causing quite a traffic jam with the train, all the workers, and all the railfans trying to work around each other on this small street.
