| BNSF Railway's new (built in June 2010) NRE-built 3GS21B-DE switchers, 1293 and 1294, prepare for the day's work switching the Watson Yard in Carson, California, on July 24, 2010. At this date, these two units are unique on the BNSF, and are 2100 hp 3-engine genset locomotives, with three Cummins QSK19 (700 hp each), and these engines are also equipped with dynamic brakes. |
