SP 4449 heads north from San Luis Obispo with a helper to Santa Margarita, looking very much like the original Train 99 Coast Daylight except with an SD40 for a helper rather than a 2-10-2. This was the return leg to Portland of the New Orleans Worlds Fair Daylight.
